Hanoi Serenity Hotel, Hanoi

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredibly helpful staff and the spacious, clean rooms. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, making for a great start to each day. However, the lack of an elevator made it a bit challenging for those on the upper floors, and some rooms could benefit from better ventilation. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent value for money.
